Sentiment-by-theme tells you whether the brand is showing up positively or surfacing issues like pricing complexity and support gaps. Recommended prompts come from a mix of first-party signals (voice of customer, support tickets, Gong calls) and third-party datasets with tens of millions of AI answers.

Quill knows your brand and your data, lets you talk to that data, builds custom reports on the fly, and scans 24/7 for the highest-leverage opportunities (stale collections, competitor content gaps, prompts you should be cited for but aren't). Those opportunities land in the new inbox, where you accept or decline. Every accept and decline teaches Quill more about your priorities and how your team operates.
